Visory Device Alerts — SMS Program Terms & Conditions

Program name: Visory device alerts
Program operator: Tapnetic LLC (“Visory”, “we”, “us”)
Program description: Automated device alert text messages about your own Visory devices — for example: a device was added to your account, motion detected, device offline, device paused, or low battery.
Opt-in: You enroll exclusively inside the Visory mobile app: after creating an account you enter your mobile phone number on a consent screen and confirm it with a one-time verification code sent to that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” in reply to any message or by turning off SMS alerts in the Visory app. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in through the Visory app as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
2. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@visory.cam.
3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies and depends on your devices’ activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging service necessary to deliver the messages.
