How to Cancel Your Visory Subscription
We are sorry to see you go! If you need to pause or cancel your Visory Home Security Camera subscription, we want to make the process as smooth as possible.
Important: Uninstalling the app from your phone does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually turn off auto-renewal in the App Store or Google Play Store to avoid future charges.

🍎 How to Cancel on iPhone (iOS)
If you purchased the subscription on an iPhone or iPad, your billing is managed directly by Apple.

Open the Settings app on your device.

Tap your Name / Apple ID at the very top of the screen.

Tap on Subscriptions.

Find Visory Security Camera in the list.

Tap Cancel Subscription (or “Cancel Free Trial”).

Note: If you do not see a “Cancel” button, the subscription has likely already been canceled and will expire at the end of the current period.

🤖 How to Cancel on Android (Google Play)
If you purchased the subscription on an Android device, your billing is managed by Google.

Open the Google Play Store app.

Tap your Profile Icon in the top right corner.

Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Select Visory from the list.

Tap Cancel subscription.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I deleted the app, but I was still charged.
Deleting an app does not cancel the subscription. To stop the charges, you must follow the steps above to cancel the recurring payment in your App Store or Google Play account.
Will I lose access immediately?
No. When you cancel, you retain access to all premium features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, your account will simply revert to the free version.
Can I get a refund?
Because Visory does not handle payments directly (they are processed by Apple and Google), we cannot issue refunds from our end.

iOS Users: Please request a refund directly through Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Android Users: You can request a refund via the Google Play Refund page.
I don’t see my subscription.
If you do not see Visory in your subscription list, ensure you are signed into the correct Apple ID or Google Account used to make the purchase. If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team at visory@visory.cam.
